Orders are typically processed and shipped within 3–5 business days. Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking information so you can follow your Homefield order to your door.
Shipping times may vary during holidays, promotions, product launches, or periods of high order volume.
30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We want you to love the way your laundry smells. If Homefield isn’t for you, contact us within 30 days of delivery and let us know the reason for your refund request. Once approved, we’ll refund the purchase price of your product.
Our 30-day guarantee applies to your first purchase of a Homefield product and is limited to one refund per customer. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Returns
Because Homefield products are household laundry products, we do not accept physical returns of opened or used products. You do not need to send your product back to qualify for an eligible refund under our 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, leaking, or incorrect, contact us and we’ll make it right.
Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase by contacting us with your order number. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it can no longer be canceled.
